The skirted winter cover is cut to the exact size of your swimming pool. The cover has a "skirt" which is 18" long sewn onto the cover to form a snug and secure fit around your pool. This cover kit comes with cable, winch, clips and screws. The covers's clips are attached by a screw to each of the pool's upright posts. The cable then runs through the cover and each clip.
